What should you do if the hotline caller is someone you personally know?

Home 9 Mock Question 9 What should you do if the hotline caller is someone you personally know?

If the hotline caller is someone you know, you can ask them for consent for you to be the person who supports them. If you feel uncomfortable or if the person doesn’t consent, you can let them know that someone else will call them back. If they choose that option, call your backup and let them know about the situation and the pending call.
