What would you do if a client asks you to help in their investigation by collecting evidence, testifying, or else similar?

Home 9 Mock Question 9 What would you do if a client asks you to help in their investigation by collecting evidence, testifying, or else similar?

If a client asks you to investigate, you would let them know that it is not your role. As an advocate, your role is to provide information and support to the client. Investigating is not part of your scope of service, and doing so can be detrimental to the client. Our Advocacy Department can support them by promoting communication between the detective and the client if desired.
