How to Set Up in Gmail

  1. Fill in your details above and click Copy Signature to Clipboard.
  2. Open Gmail and go to Settings (gear icon) → See all settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Signature section.
  4. Click + Create new and give it a name (e.g. "Rowan Center").
  5. Click inside the signature text box, then paste with Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac).
  6. Do not edit the signature visually after pasting — it may break the formatting.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
