What drew me to The Rowan Center was specifically the population served and the opportunity of education not only for myself but anyone who comes to us.
What keeps you at The Rowan Center?
What keeps me at The Rowan Center is the opportunity to help those who need it most. The community within The Rowan Center also keeps me here. Everyone is there to answer my questions and offer support in the most helpful ways.
What do you wish people knew about The Rowan Center?
You have the opportunity to receive services in a multitude of languages at The Rowan Center, and you do not need to be a primary survivor to receive services or even to become educated on what we do.
What are your hobbies?
Some hobbies of mine are working and painting, whether that be freehand or paint-by-number.
What is something you are learning?
I am learning to be patient with myself and to find comfort in the discomfort.
