How to Set Up in Gmail
- Fill in your details above and click Copy Signature to Clipboard.
- Open Gmail and go to Settings (gear icon) → See all settings.
- Scroll down to the Signature section.
- Click + Create new and give it a name (e.g. "Rowan Center").
- Click inside the signature text box, then paste with Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac).
- Do not edit the signature visually after pasting — it may break the formatting.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Signature copied to clipboard!
Save to Directory?
Save this signature to the staff directory so anyone can access it later.
Delete Signature?
